Malone BSN Program Named A Top Ranked Program in Ohio

Academic Excellence

RegisteredNursing.org has recently ranked Malone University #3 on their list of the best RN programs in Ohio for 2026.

“Receiving this recognition is deeply meaningful because it reinforces the tireless commitment of our faculty and staff to our students,” said Carrie Stroup, DNP, dean of natural and health sciences and chief nursing administrator. “Our nursing faculty are dedicated to living out Malone’s mission as we prepare and support professional nurses who are not only highly competent and skilled, but also compassionate in their care.”

To rank the best nursing schools in Ohio, RegisteredNursing.org evaluates institutions that support students in preparation for licensure. This includes current and historical NCLEX-RN pass rates and measuring the percentage of graduates who pass the exam across the total 92 programs in the state.

When ranked, Malone’s program was praised for its “top-15 Midwest BSN ranking as a program that integrates Christian values with professional competence, compassionate patient care principles, and preparing graduates for immediate healthcare workforce success.”
