Malone’s gifted endorsement program is specifically designed to equip you with the expertise needed to identify gifted learners – using your current classroom students for practicum objectives! You will also learn to tailor the curriculum to meet their unique needs and support fellow teachers in your shared work. 

Developed by practicing educators who work with gifted learners, the program provides you with a comprehensive approach to teaching these unique students. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills for differentiating instruction, ensuring you can address the academic, social, and emotional needs of gifted students. The endorsement will empower you to develop the competencies required to create a nurturing and effective learning environment for all students, particularly those who are gifted– fostering both their growth and success.

Formatted in the cohort model, this fully online program can be completed within one year. Courses are eight weeks in duration.

  • EDGT 582 – Differentiation and Collaboration for the Teacher of Gifted Learners
  • EDGT 615 – Administration of Gifted Programs

Faith Integration

The Malone endorsement program for teachers in gifted intervention specialist challenges participants to follow God’s calling on their lives into a variety of P–12, Christian, and private school settings. Through prayer, Scripture, and personal example, our faculty members integrate faith into the curriculum so you’re prepared to show Christ to your students in whatever ways are most suitable for your teaching setting.
