Summer Intern Housing Application Request Form

I understand and agree that if my summer intern housing application is approved, the first month's payment (non-refundable) will be due upon receipt of the lease agreement. Failure to return the signed lease agreement and make the first payment immediately will result in loss of guaranteed summer housing on campus.
