Navigating Financial Aid: Simple Steps for New and Returning Students
All on-campus and online undergraduate students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year they plan to enroll. The FAFSA determines your eligibility for scholarships and grants, as well as federal and state aid. After you apply to Malone and complete a FAFSA, you will receive a customized financial aid award. Follow the steps below to apply for financial aid.
New Freshmen and Transfer Students

- Apply for Admission: Contact our Admissions Office at 1-800-958-8734 or admissions@malone.edu. Alternatively, submit an online application.
- Early Start on Financial Aid: Visit the FAFSA forecaster site for estimated eligibility and insights on the financial aid process. Benefits include automatic FSA ID generation, pre-populated FAFSA applications, and access to a Net price calculator.
- Complete the FAFSA: Apply online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov (Malone Title IV school code: 003072) or use the myStudentAid mobile app.
