Biography:
After graduating from Malone in 1999, Julie worked as an elementary and middle school teacher in North Canton City Schools for several years. She eventually transitioned into working as a school librarian, also at the elementary and middle school levels. After several years in the public school system, Julie left the education field to work in a public library. She started working as a Children’s Librarian at Stark Library, where she also served as a Youth Services Manager, Branch Manager, and eventually the Programming and Events Manager.
