September 12 - The rate of spread of COVID-19 in Stark County is now listed as "high" based on the number of cases and hospitalizations. Based on this designation, the following recommendations are from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Jim Adams, Health Commissioner for the City of Canton:
Facial coverings in indoor public spaces are encouraged, but not required.
Pay attention to your symptoms and get tested immediately if you develop them.
Continue to frequently wash your hands.
Demonstrate your commitment to community if asked to wear a mask in a classroom because of a health issue of someone else in the group.
