Business Management

Find your purposeful and meaningful life as a visionary business manager.

Grow in your understanding of critical thinking, business communication, organizational behavior, and human resource as roles within organizational strategy. The human-centric nature of the business management major will prepare you to manage teams and address interpersonal issues as you refine your communication, conflict resolution, and diplomacy skills. As a business management student, you will also gain perspective on the ways in which entrepreneurship adds economic and social value to society.  Common industries for business management graduates include finance, healthcare operations, manufacturing, retails, nonprofit, government, and private companies.

  • Prepare for a wide range of career opportunities that require leaders who cast vision, execute plans, and communicate clearly as they anticipate colleagues’ needs and motivate them to perform efficiently.
  • Gain a fuller sense of ethical business practices from professors who emphasize Christian ethics.
  • Experience your learning with an internship with one of our long-standing partners and practical experiences in our student organizations like Student Managed Investment Fund Club or Sport Management Association.
